An yes, most people that are of the age to have sex are avoiding reproducing. Generally we don't just have sex and hope for kids. You generally wait for a life partner then eventually decide to have kids, some never want kids. Its not crazy, its logical. Children are a ton of work and cost tons.

yes population will never become lower than it already is enless of a natural occurring disaster happens ( NOTE: like Haiti's earth Quake) I rarly even think america would would shoot people down to just control the population and they is also people fighting to bann abortion.
