What helped my friends was his attendance records from school.

Dunno if that would help you, but it may show them that you'll never/hardly be late.

Able to accept that I will need to work for the job, not just be handed the paycheck. I plan to work as hard as possible on the job, and will do my best to have as little problems as possible. I'm willing to work in both working with customers and other associates, and work in stocking. Ect...

Did they specifically say they want it online? A lot of companies(especially smaller ones) want it in person...

It's one of those grocery stores that are all around the state, but just this state. Like wisconsin's piggly wiggly.
