I thought I explained this to you already.
Let's try it again. The modem that you have that provides the internet to your computer has an assigned IP Address from your internet provider. Any computer that connects to that modem / router connected to the modem will have the same Remote IP. Computers Local IP is different (IPv4 or IPv6) is the local ip, usually starting from 192.168.1.2
