It's harder to get hard standing up. At least for me it is.

As for the actual ejaculation, it should be exactly the same. Unless you're extremely over weight and you're somehow having pressure on your PC muscle that isn't there when you sit down. However, you're not used to standing up and masturbating. So if you stand up and masturbate it will become easier for you over time and will eventually be just like it is sitting down.
