If you have been working out then it's because you gain muscle.
Or
Youre eating too much. Probably something unhealthy.

PS: it is not a bad thing if you eat a lot while working out.

It has to be working out, these days the only reason people gain weight is because of muscle mass.

And I never said that working out is the ONLY way that people gain weight.

Also not all thanksgiving dinners are fat.
You do have a choice to make healthier food, healthier way of cooking a thanksgiving meal, or how much you eat.
If you got fat then it's your own damn fault. Don't blame it on the food.

If you ate an unhealthy thanksgiving dinner then yes you can turn it into muscle by burning the fat aka working out.
