Legit gold is gold someone worked for, legitimately. Illegit gold is gold someone cracked from another account. Legit gold is worth more than illegit gold because there's a much less chance of being banned.

2 legit gold is roughly equal to 5 illegit gold, because of the whole being banned aspect.
So what he's saying is you can pay 5m in hacked gold (that has a high risk of being banned) and get a 2m account in legit gold (with a little to no risk of being banned).
