Creating Team for Web Development Project.
What is required;
Javascript
xHTML/HTML5
CSS


What is a bonus;
PHP
OOPHP
PHP Smarty Engine
MySQL
Ajax (JSON)
Graphics Design (Photoshop CS4+)


What is the project?
The public project title is Facepages (Has absolutely 0 value as a title,) the project has been in the works for roughly a year. The entire core is finished, meaning all that is needed is content delivery and design (Which I have already made 2 pre-designs,) the requirements for a position are merely the ability to deal with a large amount of trial and error along with being able to work independently when needed. There wont be a large amount of work todo since a large portion of the site is completed. It's a PPD Site ( EX: http://sharecash.org ) that provides users with a new way to produce income by sharing files online, including a huge list of new features and methods to make the most money possible.


What are the benefits?
Currently the benefits are nill, but as long as you do your job during development a position on the staff is 100% saved for you, meaning you will be making commission based on work (Will explain later,) along with cuts of monthly payouts (Figures are still being drawn up,) there is a large room for profit, and the success and limited amount of people in this niche almost insures a LARGE and continuing profit.


What jobs are open?
PHP Development Team [Must know PHP, OOPHP, MySQL]
Content Delivery Team [Must know Photoshop, xHTML/HTML5, Javascript]
Beta Team [Must know how to go to a URL]


Is this job good for me?
If you are an independent worker who can learn how to accomplish tasks through self teaching, then this job will be great for you. I am not here to teach you how to code, if I assign a task it should be completed promptly with as little support as possible. If you are looking to having a permanent high paying position on a professionally ran team, then this IS the job for you.

Someone wanted to help Beta Test earlier, he went to my site and got an IE Error ( I do not support IE Users, ) he messages me saying he got to that page. I asked him if he could use a different browser and he replied. "No, I have dial-up."

Due to personal digression I cannot release his name, but if anyone is willing to explain to him why this is funny please contact him on MSN -_fluxo_-@live.com. (I just politely turned down his help, didn't feel like teaching.)

I'm wanting to join the Content Delivery Team [Must know Photoshop, xHTML/HTML5, Javascript] but I know Illustrator instead of Photoshop (and I currently have no illustrator, trial ran out)

Btw i also want to be in Content Delivery Team I know Gimp 2 and now learning Photoshop cs5 extended
as i downloaded it now
