MSN messenger problems

I'm having a little problem with windows messenger. Every time i add a new contact it shows them as blocked. When its the first time I added. I have the latest version of messenger and I windows vista home premium

Does the same to me.
Just check your settings.
If that doesn't work.
Deal with unblocking them all the time.
