There is a tutorial in the programming section on how to host your on web site from your computer? Meaning for a lot of people that like to scam on this site that you no longer need a web host.
I've put the forum in archive mode - keeping basic chat here in case people drop by with a message. If anybody is still around happy to talk about building a small new little community, otherwise will just leave it archived.
