Horrible, horrible toothache. Small, unnoticed cavity caused gums to swell. Can't go to dentist until Wednesday. Orajel isn't working, ibuprofen isn't working, antibiotics aren't working, and 1 prescription pain pill left.

Need. Pain. Relief. Advice. Nao.

inb4 assholes say rip it out/cut out with a knife/use pliers. Scott beat you all to that.

That will just knock me out, and I still have homework. LAME. I think one of those ibuprofen i took is finally kicking in. Or the antibiotic. or the quarter of Oxycontin I took. Not sure.
