msn unblocker/msn spy?! [REQUEST]

So i woundered if some of you guys got any msn unblocker, or a msn spy?

Msn unblocker is basically just a program that will unblock me from people who have blocked me

Msn spy is a program where you can "spy" on others people cams.

I don't even know if these programs exist, but if they do and you know where to get please tell me [:

i know these exist cause MSblack released one a long time ago
