Most people cheap enough to buy at 1$ a mil are too cheap to buy 75m at 1$ a m.

Meh, if I did that there is always the risk of a high value item/currency trading hands raising a flag, so I'd prefer to sell the account whole, to almost eliminate the banning risk.
Then don't complain about people not shelling out 75$ for an Item that would probably get them banned.

If I sold them seperatly, then yes there is a risk of being banned, as with all high value items. Now if I sell them together I can just hand over the account, and they don't have to the transfer the items if they don't want to and there won't be a high ban risk.
