Who'd make a great, active mod for Gaia section?

Please note, this thread isn't legit, it's just for you guys to discuss/nominate and whatnot the person/people you'd think would make great moderators for that section. A popularity contest if you will.

I think that La Vie Cruelle should have her old position back.. She's a good moderator and a well respect member.

he might not want it, but i say Seftrex, theres a reason he was like the head S-mod for so damn long. i may really really want to be a mod again, but i think that Seftrex should get back in the saddle since hes one of the best there is.

I agree, Phillip should get back on the saddle but I believe he has already spoken to Alex about this and some actions are going to be take once Alex gets back.

It only becomes a problem if you let it become one.

Right now it's just used to collect feedback on what the community thinks, it is in no way an indication on who'll become a mod.

But in all seriousness, I'd turn Boo lose on them. Let's face it the Gaia section is one of the most popular sections. It generates the most problems, infractions, and idiots. Bould clean it up rather quickly and strike fear into the hearts of many and keep it that way.
Also anyone who was a mod and wants to do it again ought to be given a chance at it(except Defy, sorry buddy but after your ban happy run before we went off line disqualifies you hard in my mind).
Maybe some sort of trail period for each eligible person. Then the current mods can judge them and get some feedback from the community on their performance. Obviously you don't let the community pick, but at the same time their pick isn't always wrong.
You could try applications...though you'd get one from everybody and their sister.

Safe spam pisses me off too much though... We'd have to make a rule on safe spam...

Safe spam rules create a double edged sword, that's the biggest hurdle we're facing with the spam.

Killing off safe spam kills off a large part of the activity on LG though, that leaves like 5-6 members that are able to post freely in their style.
