How to verify your Paypal account [Guide]
Many of you are wondering how to verify your paypal, simply because an unverified account doesn't have the same benefits as a verified member. [EX: If you're unverified, you will have a 0.00 spending limit, meaning you will not be able to send money, to anyone, but only receive money. But, with a verified account, you will be able to receive and send over 1000.00, depending on country.]
1) Go to https://www.netspend.com/ and sign up, the registration process requires some personal information. With this, I will not be able to help you. [EX: I cannot provide you with a fake Social Security Code.]
2) After signing up, Netspend requires you to wait for your credit card (YOU NEED IT FOR THE VERIFICATION PROCESS FOR NETSPEND. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.) go to ADD/MANAGE MONEY and go to Paypal transfers AFTER receiving the card in your mail, and typing in the number at the top right.
3) You will then see your bank account information, needed for the process to verify your paypal. Go to Paypal, and click "Verify my account >> Add bank account" and then type in the information from Netspend [EX: Routing Number, etc.]
4) The rest is easy to figure out, since Paypal walks you through the whole process after that. Incase you still didn't figure it out, you have to wait for Paypal to send amounts of money to the bank account, and look at the numbers, then type them in Paypal to prove to them it's actually your bank account. Notes: You cannot add the credit card you received from Netspend, unless you load it at one of there offices.
