Don't feel stupid, it's on every forum of the internets.
It's basically Reputation. If you see a post that you feel helped you, or a very awesome member and you want to show your appreciation, give em Rep.

You can kinda take advantage of the LG system by making new accounts and transferring the LGG,Unless you make it that it is One Account 1 Ip which i think is already invented...

Trust me, that shit was done loads already, and it's very easy to trace on LG, thank's to Alex logging everything.

I agree with this, I like the idea/incentive of getting positive feed back for decent posts.
Especially because it helps show you're a contributing member in some respects even if you don't trade.
