A program that runs in a command prompt window... Is there any way to make it run by a proxy?

My configip shit doesn't work anymore for some reason. How can I make it run on a different IP than mine?

Configure proxy in internet explorer. Tools>internet options.

You want a program that runs in CMD to run under a proxy correct? Go in IE and do what I said. If that dosen't work and you can access the source than I could do it that way too. But if you configure a proxy in IE it uses it for everything. IE>internet options>connections tab>LAN settings then enter a proxy.

The program must have the proxy in it for it to work. Meaning it has to be pro grammatically put in it.
