I just checked my paypal account and found that you are trying to file a dispute over the 400 you sent me when I sold you that 400M account. You got that account and theres no need for you to be doing this. Call it off NOW. You recieved it and then you gave the account away for referrals (I have all the PM's you sent.) so stop trying to pull that BS with me.

No kidding and now hes telling me he didnt file it, even though he claimed earlier when we traded that it was his paypal account. Not only that but if Paypal sides with him I dont have the money in my bank account to cover it (I get paid next week thanks to bi-weekly pay grr!) which means not only will I be overdraft and hit with a shitload of fees but It'll get taken out of my next paycheck to cover it (400 bucks+fees up the wazoo) and THAT means I cant make rent this month!

C'est la vie. Should have thought about that before you did a large trade using paypal.

get a screenshot of proof, or backtrack logs of your conversations with him, confirming that he knows he got it.

I did that before about a year ago when something similar happened to my first paypal, I sent screenshots of all the emails and logs and paypal's response was that they were still siding with the buyer because the stuff I sent them may have been faked. >: ( and they took the money anyway.

Next time when trading a large amount of money to paypal either make them send the money as gift or with a note saying they got the item.
If u used a middleman I wouldve made them sent it as a gift to protect my paypal account and yours. Which is why u should always use a middleman :)
