!Marvelous! is a scammer I have proof. I asked him what form of payment he takes for something and even gave him some choices and what does he say? he says I have to pay a friend (his? mine?) "and thats about it" doesn't even tell me the friends name or whos friend it is. what a scammer

Since he won't take your method of payment you think he is a scammer?
The world doesn't revolve around you, people sell for whatever currency they want, and will recieve it however they want.
If he took your money without you getting your product he is a scammer.
But if he won't take your payment method, that's not a sign of a scammer, just someone with preference.

Not enough evidence to call someone a scammer and also if he's the seller he have the right to cancel or delay a trade if you haven't send the payment.
If he was the buyer and you already sent him the items. Then he refuse to pay you for it, then he's a scammer. Otherwise your evidence doesn't prove anything. Now if he did anything I mention feel free to pm me with chatlog or better evidence.
