iPhone/iPod touch question

For some reason the App Store says I have an update for one of my cracked apps. If I update it will I have to pay for it? Also, has this happened to any one else?

P.S It's happened with other apps.

I don't think so, I haven't ever done that with my iPod so I don't know.

Don't update it - they'll just ask you to pay for the app/remove the app.
