First off,
Posts in the "Junkyard" section are not counted towards your actual post count.

Second off,
Yes, "Epic" should receive an infraction for scamming, but, it's better for you to contact a moderator / admin instead of posting it here for people with obviously too much time on their hands to comment about.

Remember, try using a middleman next time. More secure and safe on both ends of the transaction.
