Interesting, I don't have PS3 open right now(slows computer a lot xD), where is this toolbar located and is it an easy drag and go type thing, or is it a bitch?

Eh, it can be a bitch for long animations. It's in the view>toolbars thing I think. You gotta adjust what layer shows up for what frame and whatnot.
