That is exactly why I said that.

I know, that's why I typed it.
And also, why do you bother having a script to edit your text?
Are you trying to cover the fact that your posts are so boring and full of tired old sob stories by changing your font to be 'original'.
Imjkthatmakesitokayright?

They come from thin air and seep into the soul to kill you slowly.

Thought that was love

The expense of spirit in a waste of shame
Is lust in action; and till action, lust
Is perjured, murderous, bloody, full of blame,
Savage, extreme, rude, cruel, not to trust,
Enjoy'd no sooner but despised straight,
Past reason hunted, and no sooner had
Past reason hated, as a swallow'd bait
On purpose laid to make the taker mad;
Mad in pursuit and in possession so;
Had, having, and in quest to have, extreme;
A bliss in proof, and proved, a very woe;
Before, a joy proposed; behind, a dream.
All this the world well knows; yet none knows well
To shun the heaven that leads men to this hell.

Desires can sometimes cause love. So, yes, in a way, it is.

Interesting notion.
Craving/want to become need or choice of feelings for. I suppose it could be a chicken or the egg thing though I'd have classified desire as a less er emotion/ mental event and put love as a higher one, perhaps causing desire.

Do you not desire those you love?
Desires can be seen as more than a need or craving for something, but is love not the same?

Not necessarily.
No, I wouldn't call love a need or a craving, well maybe a need depending on the person. In the end personally I've come to see that people are always coming and going and as a result I'm fine alone or with company, doesn't matter to me.
I see love as both an emotion and a choice. We choose to love and we choose the level and applications there of and we choose to build that connection and the amount of strength we will allow it to gain. The desire to copulate with a loved one is a mix of the emotion, proximity, and natural need to reproduce.
I mean if love made us desire others then how much you love someone could be determined by sex appeal or skill in bed.

what if you desired something else from them?

Its still a service or thing that you desire in relation to them. An aspect of them. Their prescience, their conversation, their money, their opinion, ect.
If you judge your love of people based on independent aspects of them are you sure you love them but not just parts of them? Should love not be for the person completely and for core thing that is them?

hmm let me reword it. What if it is the desire to be with them? Your wanting of them in every way possible till the end of time? Would these desires not be fueled by your unconditional love for that person?
#36
Fueled and caused by love, doesn't make them love.
