You could possibly do that, but you have to have an Id and fill out this annoying ass form. My mom buys from walmart sometimes. :/

If they're American, and you're not, nor living in the US, you can get away with it by using proxy... Maybe.. I don't know if they block proxy on paypal, but.. Worth a try.. But, No.. If there's no money in the account, they use eCheck I think..

If your account has anything that can be used to trace, you like ANY sort of personal information they'll catch you. Even if you just send the money to your account then use that to buy yourself an xbawx.
