For ones that need to be serious and can have the right disciplinary effect, yes. JY is where drama and trolling is allowed, which is why it was posted here obviously so as to shirk the rules, and since it was done to do that, I closed it.

So, since its the JY, its not supposed to be serious, its supposed to be for people to post funny/stupid stuff.

Funny, I haven't received an infraction from Torian for flamming in the Jy, matter of fact I don't recall him ever locking a JY thread. Post some JY guidelines broski?
