Idea

Make a website with no rules.
Ban members who spam, etc.
When they baww and say there were no rules,
Say you agree and that that means there are no rules for you,
And that you can ban whomever for whatever reason.

Effectively making a site without rules (users++) with enforced, unspoken rules that you can make up whenever (fun for staff++).

Isnt that what we have now.
