Cpu Lag spike.

My CPU tends to Spike at 100% every so often.

And it really laggs when I play runescape.

I have all the drivers, I have no viruses.... But i do have alot of files, 30gigs or so of junk.

What should I do?


besides delete all that stuff, which im doing.

It seems like everything with Java laggs my PC.

Anyone wanna help me please ;D
