What's Team Viewer Dx

Wait, you're prolly gonna give me the advice about disk management and what not. Ive tried.
Here's all the info first:
The HDD im trying to connect is Serial ATA.
I backed up all the data on it before reinstalling OS.
Now when i plug it in it doesnt show up in My Computer/Disk Management.
However it IS in the Device Manager under Universal Serial Bus Controllers.
It's also in the Safely Remove Hardware as a USB Mass Storage Device but without a letter.
I've tried locating the hdd using bios, all it did was freeze my pc until i unplugged the hdd.
