I REALLY don't think you're ready for it yet o.< Maybe a small one with others who aren't used to scamming would be good. A team effort in learning how to do things. But as far as The Mafia is concerned you need A LOT more practice before even considering it.

Maybe making a small one on your own with others who aren't used to the way of the trade would be good, so you can all learn at a team speed at the same time. Start out little, get it rough and work your way to the top.
But as far as the Mafia is concerned you have A LOT more work to do on your scams before even considering it.
