I'm going to sue Att

Today I got a letter in the mail from Att (My ISP) that they are being sued for providing speeds that are slower than what is in the service contract. I have been aware of them doing this and kept records with Speedtest.net. They offered a $2 settlement for giving us $20 plan speeds with a plan we are paying $80 for. Obviously I did not take it. So my parents I are taking them to court along with many other angry Att customers.

He'll win because it's easier for them to look wrong than look like assholes to everyone. They could easily pull an asshole move, but it might cost them some customers...

I am well aware of that, in fact I sued various companies and won just because it was easier for them to pay to keep my mouth shut than dealing with me...

Sure you do :p. It's super-spotty, too.

My connection is exactly as fast as Rundeer's. Only 0.5/Mbps less than what their maximum says it is. So looks like I won't be suing them any time soon.
