anyone knows the full title name of any of the older toy story games?

The Buzz Lightyear game? Buzz Lightyear of Star Command.
The one with multiple levels that you go around get upgrades and stuff? Toy Story 2.

there is this one game idk if it was a level or it was the whole game but you got to play those mini green soldiers and there this one part i remember you were walking and getting food on a picnic table or something. I miss those games :[ and wanna play it again

Army Men aren't toy story but they were on ps1, and the only green dudes i can think of for that console.

Dude, I could never get past the second level.
That construction site.
Then I had a harder time with the slime time level.
The rest was easy.
