Need help. How do I format an iPod Nano 4g to my computer?

go to the itunes or apple.com, they have manuals for download on your pc for your ipod and the manual should tell you how to properly reformat it

There should be an option to restore it in iTunes.

Also you can sinc your music with winamp and never have trry about fucking with itunes. ~ <3
