What the fuck are you guys problems. He may spam but a simple warning (Infraction) would be fine. Maybe someone could inform him about spamming (What it is) and tell him to just work for UG to see any hacks he may want. You can't just ban, plus that would just effect the amount of people on LG if everyone was banned for the simplest thing.
