Throat/Diaphragm Problem?

Umm, well so i used to scream, just basic stuff, learning ya know?
Then i got really sick a couple months ago, and stopped.
After i recovered i let my throat rest, and now ive been trying for a month but it wont work.
I cant pull off any growls or power fry, none of that now :/

Like i said i listen to anything, but pretty much any bands that can scream well/my opinion/ is definetely on my ipod.
