Camcorder

Im looking for a camcorder that records in HD, I am a person who makes skits with friends and I think im going to make a short comedy series for the hell of it so I'm going to buy a new camcorder (besides ive needed a new one anyway)

What brands are good to go with for such a thing, I don't want something really big and bulky however

Second one really catches my interests, Ill add it to my list of consideration but for now im still looking around
