Hey I'm kinda new

Not that new. Joined LG before. But then after I quit gaia I never came back LG too. So I came back gaia, got my account banned, wanted to log in to my old account here in LG but I think it's gone or if it's still there I couldn't log on to it if I wanted to. Forgot the exact username, password, email used for the account and the password for the email that was used. Yeah I'm a dumbass aren't I?
