Halo Custom Edition - Dedicated Server Launcher

I made this HCE dedicated server launcher. This is only the first version. Currently I'm working on version 2 which will have a built in init.txt builder and such.

Included is a readme html file, and the .exe itself.

Yeup. Only custom edition though, V2 will work for Halo: Combat Evolved as well
