How to reduce FPS Lag On Gunz (Request)

Basically, any game, how do you reduce fps lag? Help would be appreciated

first get rid of things that uses resource like back ground tasks.
two if your downloading things through bittorrent pause them
3 it depends on the servers location and the packets being sent and
received.

cheack your upload and download speed on speedtest.net and ping on pingtest.net

if all fails call your isp like i did your open ports.

i think it is in your graphics card
