lol owned. you probably did something

Check the email you registered with. They send you an email explaining why the ban occurred, and you must have done something against the TOS, Blizzard doesnt ban people for no reason (at the very least its rare, and usually a mistake)

its possible warden detected something on your computer that it would assume is for cheating. anything like cheat engine, or a macro program running in the background could lead to a ban. Warden (software) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

No, cheat engine won't ban the account. I used to use it.

it can, you just got lucky, they wont ban every suspicious little event, but if you used it for prolonged amounts of time, or too blatantly, though idk how you could use CE on WoW, they would get you eventually. As stated in the warden article and WoW's EULA, they do not allow 3rd party programs, which CE is, thus they can ban for its use if they so deem fit.

It was in the first expansion, and then they blocked it.. Whenever you run CE and try logging into wow, it will tell you that you have 3rd party software running in the desktop background. And if you log in and try to, it kicks you out.

Hello,

Blizzard Entertainment recently received a request to change the e-mail address used to log in to the Battle.net account with the username sonic_benny@yahoo.com. The e-mail address k***@hotmail.com has been specified as the new username for this Battle.net account. An email has been sent to this new address containing a verification link to complete the change.
