make sure to tell them not to give you the copy and paste response.

I know a lot of online game companies do the copy and paste thing, so yea, asking them not to do that might help a little. Possibly. Maybe not though, if they have automatic responders.

I contacted them, waited, and then they fucking ban my main and not my mule which I bot on that's on the same ip.

But on the other side, that isn't exactly the best way to deal with complaints...Bad PR...

You didn't get your TP disabled due to 100k donation, since people give WAY higher donations without going through that. Check if there's a mod that's online, if there is, just ask them politely if they could tell you why you got your tp disabled. Most of the time it's because your account is under surveillance for suspicion of hacking/scamming. :p

That's what I asked. I think that's probably it.

Seeing as that's what it seems to be 3/4 of the time, I'm voting for that option.

You arent completely legit, of course. Somewhere, somehow, you have broken the rules and gotten away with it.
Once you ask them about TP enabling or anything of the sort, they look at EVERYTHING your account and IP has done. Things you have previously gotten away with are noticed, and thus, ban.
