Help with Flp Hosting.
So ive got a flp and i wanted to know how to use the hosting web so i could spread it , but i dont get where to put my file so i could make it a link?
anyone willing to expalin how to?

& Yea its my first time using a flp xD

1)Make a account on 110mb.com or t35.com
2)Go to the file directory on 110mb and for t35 press upload
3)Then for 110mb press upload and for t35 upload your Flp files
4)For 110mb upload the files and for t35 when uploading done press open on the main page.
5)For 110mb.com click on the main url and then send the main url to other people same as t35

but when you upload you get banned quik

Okay so after i upload is done & go back to main for t35 do i press link domain or something else?

You will see a open button next to the main html
