i need to know the name of the item that the girl is holding its the long sword i'm looking for

My guess would be an un-released item... I think it is another one of their items that they are planning to put on gaia soon... Because I have never seen / heard of it...

Her companion has been released. Given that it's the Cash Shop, it's surely something that comes with another item. One of those where you equip it, and it gives you 50 different items that you can equip [for the price of one! ]. As far as I know, you'll have to check each Cash Shop item in the Marketplace (using the Preview Item feature) to look for the item you want.

i'm currently looking on tektek for it and that companion item is the gaia sama its a rig item and is worth 3mil
The sword IS Gaia-Sama. It's one of the permutations.
