it was patched but there was 2 copies of Elegant Blue Dress (Female) in the clothing shop and 1 of the copies would make ur avi naked

Try the good old cloud mist, and the Egyptian headdress (worked last time I checked...)

try fremere's guard(wear the boots) and Ash Leather SP Work Boots (Any) ^_^

if you wear the orca tail and heavenly unmentionables (just the bra) and ur a girl u go topless but u have a tail...

u can also use aquatica (the sharkplate) and space bubble to be topless
