What you'd need to have is a bot for the games like switchem and smashblox because the payout is stupid silly right now.
If you did something in forums you'd need something to get around capchas.
The other issue is how often would you update the program? If people knew for a fact you'd keep up with what the gaia staff updates and fixes for bugs on it's site and what have you then more people would be likely to buy it. Otherwise they have a dead program that they paid for IE Golden Gaia.

Where the answer could simply be a yes from myself. I'd need to know the following.

1. garenteed updates contract for X amount of years
2. a list of what all your program can do
3. ban protection and an explanation of it
4. a date and time for weekly/monthly updates set up in advanced

I like the fact you say no gimmicks. I HATE it when I have to do some sort of servay for something. So servay free is a good pitch.

AKA Chess bots will win every time if written the right way. You will make a mistake, the computer won't.

I doubt it, they probably had some shitty interns write these games who really don't know what they are doing and that is why the gen worked in the first place.
