He bought the verge club items and has them for sale in his store... next day he was banned... (I checked using tree's ban checker)

You can't. Gaia's TOS practically states: we can ban you whenever, for no reason, with little to no evidence.

I'm sure there is a loophole somewhere, but Gaia has been doing this shit for years. A decade now, if you think about it.

Gaia is becoming the new Holocaust.

Becoming? It already was years ago. After they banned my 4th account I gave up.

Besides, I was bored of it all after becoming a multimillionaire 4 times in a row.
Edit: Knowing the rate they ban people the worth of those accounts are probably multi billions because of inflation. I know two of them had 20-30 mill pure not to mention the items.

And if you count the damn halo I came across that fucked over a lot of people on that last account. I know they banned TOOONS of people I traded with.

So Gaia bans people for no reason being too rich..?

No. Gaia bans you if at one point any item in your inventory was traded to you suspiciously. (I.g.: multiple hacked items, hackers selling things to you, etc.) Their administrative team is just too fucking lazy/swamped to actually give a fuck if you were hacking or not. They automatically assume you were, and give you the worse possible outcome. Unless you come across a miracle and find someone who isn't ban happy.

Maybe they do it to prevent like.. monopolies of gaia...

the only ridiculously rich person i can think of that hasn't been banned is B R A I N

He has like 7 A-halos

Unless he got them recently through the sale on them, he doesn't.

Prevent? If anything it would help.

When they ban accounts the items stay there, forever off the market. Causing less to be there, meaning one person can own all rare items for sale at some point and choose whatever they wish to sell it for.

Technically Gaia introduced a way to put those items kind of back into circulation. They have some bot who that will clone items of banned accounts and put them up for bid in the marketplace. It's normally always junk though.

yeah they have been doing that for a while.

It's kind of a double edged sword. If they stopped banning me I would stop grabbing thousands of accounts. I can go a few months without bans, but the moment I'm banned again I'm going to just grab another group of inactive.

Still, if it doesn't grab those rare wanted items then it's useless. They probably did that just to please people and make it look like they were trying. In all honesty they are more focused on cash items. It's their main profit. Now if Gaia really wanted to be pricks (no idea if they already do have this or not, haven't been there to fully check it out) they would make a cash only marketplace, use that same bot-but have it pull certain item numbers, the good items- and then make that bot have bid only, no auto buys then they would have motive to let those items run freely.

But that just causes mass inflation because people feel that because they paid X amount of real dollars for something it should be worth more. It's a touchy subject all around. So many possibilities.

B R A I N has 4 angelic halos. 2 from previously, 2 from the recent sale.
However, he is no where near the richest.
Pretty much anyone with a gold medal is richer. Anyone with an Easter Egg is richer. And those do exist.

He doesn't have two from previous, because I have a database of every users inventory and up to a year ago not a single user has had more than one halo. Maybe over time, but not at a single time.

Storage maybe? I guess it was just a myth that BRAIN is like the richest gaian (legit user) to walk the face of Gaia earth.

No, my database includes storage, trades, equipped, inventory, house and other locations of items for anything that is valuable.

Gaia doesn't want to screw up the gold economy so they ban all the rich people.

pretty much. it's sad for those who actually work hard to get their stuff.

Yeah, either work hard or just pay money to get their items.
I feel sorry for both equally.
Imagine if you just bought a Bundle for $1000 to get banned so it evens out the "economy" they have.
(Pft Gaia's economy died a long time ago.)

There were screenshots. This was back in late 2010 that he had them. He now has 4 because of the sale, but...he had 2. I know that a lot of exchangers are super friends and pass around halos like it's nothing, so he probably lent one to Devon or something.
#32
Yeah I'm in the casino's and people were lending each other halo's
#33
lol fuck, lend me a halo.

Ironically, halo owners generally only lend halos to other halo owners...

True, but why do we keep going back this site if we get treated so badly. .-.

The only time I got banned was when I was botting. Almost got banned for hacking, when I actually was, but the mod was super reasonable.
So...I haven't had issues.

i've gotten banned 5 times for botting, One time I would have gotten away with making millions from it if I wasn't stupid enough to tell somebody i was botting -_-

Step 1. Don't bot.
Step 2. Don't get banned.

ALTERNATIVELY
Step 1. Bot.
Step 2. Don't tell people you botted.
Step 3. Don't get banned.

Solves 90% of ban issues.
