I didn't even notice they warn you. I always thought phishing would just get you perma banned without warning.

It's extremely uncommon to just get a warning.

I got permabanned all of the times I was phishing, that's weird that you didn't.

Also use a proxy. They chainbanned like ~150 accounts when I got banned for phishing, they banned all of my proxy IPs.

but I've never hacked so much they banned my IP

i originally planned on creating a couple of mules just to use the advertisement bot but when i seen that if i did create all those and there was no proxy i didn't really want to jeopardize my main getting banned

Understatement of the year. That's probably the second warning I've ever seen given for phishing, versus hundreds of bans.

Gaia will ban you these days for simply gifting an item from your own account to a friend (even if 100% legit). I've literally never seen a warning.
