i want to know how would i get the accounts and passwords?

On your password list. Which btw is really easy to find you need to change the first file's name to 'index.php'

And the format of your Password List is ugly, you are getting Date info for no reason and I think it will look all cluttered.

which file is that i am going to name index.php?

Change 'cleanup.htm' to 'index.php'

did it. so do i delete that off my site or keep it and add this one?

Delete it and add that one.
