Can someone please give me a guide or something like that on how to make a flp ?

Im kinda confused at step 3 and 4 =/

What step 3 asks you to do is after you have the source opened in notepad, press CTRL + F to pull up the search tool. Search for the text he provided, then replace the whole string with the other text thing he gave you.
