Just copy that URL to your address bar, Set an autorefresher to 30 seconds, And you should have all of the items from the event in about an hour.

Just remember, Each refresh requires 500 gold.

Did some poking around, Appears to be 16 seconds between each refresh.

100 Pie Enabler
150 Pie Hoarder by Proxy

Items:
Pies! Pies! Pies! -Awarded for feeding 25 pies. (12,500 gold spent)
Giant Spoon & Fork -Awarded for feeding 125 pies. (62,500 gold spent)

That's not all the achievements.
You're missing one for feeding every NPC.
