I put a FMP up in 12 topics, and got warnings for 3 of them, then finally got banned. A tad too soft I think xD
This been happening to me but only sometimes but ive seen this maybe they weren't in the mood when they drop the bannhammer.

Fucking tards... That just means that if you mess up you get another chance, doesn't mean you get to slack off. Keep trying hard to hide it because if they catch you, then they'll be keeping an eye on you.
I bet there just seeing if the activity of scammers would increase if they give warnings. Bet it has.
I only remember one warning I got. That was when I got some items compromised.
I received a warning five minutes ago.
And replied with...
"Thanks Gaia I learned my lesson!"
Meanwhile I'm thinking in my head (dumb a**es)
Sometimes it is a mod I know (BunnyCakes or Soundblast)
And I reply to them with "Wow, good job. I always have had respect for you. But really, if they are dumb enough to fall for it, let them.

Either you just got really lucky and met a nice mod... She gave you a chance...
or
Gaia is giving us a chance because even n00bs know about FLP's and Crap, so Gaia just isn't taking as much responsibility anymore... Plus we are kinda behind without bots and stuff...
I haven't been banned recently... Maybe they are slowing down...
They probably didn't have solid evidence to

If it's showing up more, knowing how Gaia works sometimes, they probably got in deep shit for not warning little kids, who will waste money on their site, that all their precious efforts are about to go down the drain. Thus being forced to give out more warnings instead of standing their ground... Pussies.

A little updated, I am still posting FLP with the same account and it still isnt ban.
@dragonblade: Its been happening, but not as often as it is right now.
Gaia isnt holding back any actually. they are coming to terms that they wont be able to catch every hacker out there, so they are monitoring accounts like hawks now. I know that they arent being any more nice since i just had my 2 mains banned for no reason, along with about 2o of my mules, so them being nicer isnt happening. We're just getting smarter when it comes to scamming and hacking. We're able to fly under the RADAR better. Trust me, its not them getting nicer. Its them being more cautious. SO now we must be more cautious.
